GIRLS 14'S INTENDED SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Here is the intended schedule of play for the Girls 14's division of the Easter Bowl. This is subject to change by the Referee for a cogent reason:

    • Singles Main Draw: starting Sunday April 8th, one round each day, finals & 3rd place match on Saturday April 14th
    • Singles Compass Draw Consolation: starting Monday April 9th. Two rounds per day starting Tuesday April 10th. West, North & South draws will have one round on Wednesday April11th, all other draws two rounds. Semifinals and finals of all consolation draws(with the exception of silver & gold) will take place on Thursday April 12th . Silver & Gold consolation draws finals will take place Friday April 13th
    • Doubles Main Draw: starting Sunday April 8th, 2 rounds will be played Sunday. Girls 14's will have doubles off on Monday April 9th, one round each subsequent day, finals & 3rd place match on Friday April 13th.

BOYS 14'S INTENDED SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Here is the intended schedule of play for the Boys 14's division of the Easter Bowl. This is subject to change by the Referee for a cogent reason:

    • Singles Main Draw: starting Sunday April 8th, one round each day, finals & 3rd place match on Saturday April 14th.

Here is the intended schedule of play for the Girls 16's division of the Easter Bowl. This is subject to change by the Referee for a cogent reason:

    • Singles Main Draw: starting Monday April 9th, one round each day, finals & 3rd place match on Sunday April 15th.
    • Singles Consolation: starting Tuesday April 10th, two matches per day starting Wednesday April 12th, finals on Sunday April 15th.
    • Doubles Main Draw: starting Monday April 9th, one round each day with the exception of Wednesday April 11th (doubles off that day), finals & 3rd place match on Sunday April 15th.

Here is the intended schedule of play for the Boys 16's division of the Easter Bowl. This is subject to change by the Referee for a cogent reason:

    • Singles Main Draw: starting Monday April 9th, one round each day, finals & 3rd place match on Sunday April 15th.
    • Singles Consolation: starting Tuesday April 10th, two matches per day starting Wednesday April 11th, finals on Sunday April 15th.
    • Doubles Main Draw: starting Monday April 9th, one round each day, finals & 3rd place match on Saturday April 14th.

      GIRLS 18'S INTENDED SCHEDULE OF PLAY
       
      Here is the intended schedule of play for the Girls 18's division of the Easter Bowl. This is subject to change by the Referee for a cogent reason:
      • Sign-in for all accepted players and any alternates for main draw vacancies will take place on Sunday April 8th, sign-in deadline is 6:00 p.m.
      • Singles Main Draw: starting Monday April 9th, one round each day, finals on Saturday April 14th.
      • Doubles Main Draw: starting Tuesday April 10th, one round each day, finals on Saturday April 15th.
      There is no singles consolation for the Easter Bowl ITF.
      BOYS 18'S INTENDED SCHEDULE OF PLAY
      Here is the intended schedule of play for the Boys 18's division of the Easter Bowl. This is subject to change by the Referee for a cogent reason:
      • Sign-in for all accepted players and alternates for vacancies in main draw will close on Monday April 9th at 6:00 p.m. Sign-in for Boys 18's will also be available on Sunday April 15th from 12-6.
      • Singles Main Draw: starting Tuesday April 10th, one round each day, finals on Sunday April 15th.
      • Doubles Main Draw: starting Wednesday April 11th, one round each day, finals on Sunday April 15th.
      There is no singles consolation for the Easter Bowl ITF.

ITF DOUBLES

ALL DOUBLES MATCHES IN THE 18'S ITF DIVISION WILL CONSIST OF TWO TIE BREAK SETS WITH A DECIDING MATCH TIE BREAK (10 POINT) IN LIEU OF A THIRD SET. NO-AD SCORING WILL ALSO BE USED.

All ITF division matches will be played at Rancho Las Palmas Tennis Country Club, 42000 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage. (760) 862-4531. A special thank you to Head Pro Kevin Connolly of Rancho Las Palmas

All ITF events, players must wear appropriate clothing (no t-shirts) and partners must wear similar colors. Acceptance for doubles follows ITF regulations.

DOUBLES: Boys & Girls 18,16 and 14's
-If you know whom you are playing doubles with, you may e-mail that information directly to DarrenP@SCTA.usta.com.
-You must play the same age division in singles and doubles.
-If you would like to play doubles but do not have a partner as of yet, there will be a "looking for partner" list at registration.
-Players on the singles alternate list may play doubles provided the doubles draw does not fill initially with main draw singles players.


WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE
The deadline to withdraw without incurring penality is 14 days prior to the scheduled star. Players not planning to attend the event, (including alternates) should contact the tournament to withdraw. Players not contacting the tournament are subject to receiving both ITF and USTA suspension points.

****The last day to withdrawl and still be entitled to a refund is Sunday, April 1st 2012.
